You can download templates for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and LaTex below. The templates have been created with the proper fonts, colors and logos in the correct size - so you don't need to worry about that, they are ready to use. You may need to download the "Roboto" font before you can use the templates - it can be downloaded via the link to the visual identity above. (Only available in danish)

Note that the LaTeX template is easiest to use with Overleaf (online editor) - it is free to use as a DTU student. The template is in Danish, but if you know your way around the LaTeX code, you should be able to decipher it.

In PF there are numerous tasks to be done, and even more volunteers to take care of them. To make sure that important knowledge isn’t lost when a task or responsibility is handed over, it is important to make written handovers.

Below you can find a template for written handovers. When you have filled one out, you can send it to bestyrelse@pf.dk, then the board will make sure to create a database of handovers, so everyone has the necessary information about tasks and responsibilities.

The template is only in Danish at the moment however.
